Returns & Exchanges


Returns are accepted with 30 days from original date of purchase. We cannot offer any refunds or exchanges for purchases that exceed our 30 days return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered and it must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt as a proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your return. We will also notify you of the status of your refund based on inspection results.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Credit time may vary depending on your financial institution.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first or contact your credit card company, it may take few days before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or special purchase items are “FINAL SALES” and unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.


Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying any shipping cost associated with your return. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping transit time may vary depending on your shipping address and/or your selected method of shipping.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you might want to consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost items or any damages due to shipping mishaps.
